Swimming is often the most challenging part of a triathlon for many athletes. When you swim it is important to have the right technique, because the right technique give you speed in the same time as you limited the energy you use. So it is much more effective to have a good and controlled technique than just push hard in the water.

So if you are at beginner level we will start focusing on the basic technique part but if you are advanced we will focus more on specific elements and secure speed, strength and endurance in your swim training.

When you are swimming it is important to know the most effective way to breath and catch the water. But it is also important to have the right balance and coordination in the body.
